BLTD Week 11 Pick 'Em

Friends, we are back again for Week 11!
With the success of running last week’s picks exclusively on GERE Network dot com, we have been green lit for the remainder of the 2014 NFL season.
You will still be able to hear the unanimous game picks exclusively on the Better Live Than Dead podcast, but the contested picks will be here.
Now that the rules and conditions are out of the way, let’s get to the picks!
Going into Week 11, the GERE Network Fanduel Pick ‘Em standings are as follows:
John: 59-27
Ryan: 57-29, 2 GB
Perez: 57-29, 2 GB
Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins
John and Perez selected the Miami Dolphins. Ryan selected the Buffalo Bills. At the time of this blog, we know that the Miami Dolphins defeated the Buffalo Bills, 22-9. When reached for comment, Ryan was less than pleased with his choice.
“Being a Buffalo Bills fan for the last 15 years, I have become somewhat of a hopeless romantic. Going into this pivotal matchup, I figured the Bills could gain the upper hand with some key Dolphins injuries. Unfortunately, the Buffalo offense became stagnant fairly quick and they crapped the bed.”
Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears
John and Ryan selected the Chicago Bears. Perez selected the Minnesota Vikings.
“I decided to go with the Vikings over the Bears, because the Bears secondary has been extremely soft this season,” Perez tells GERENetwork.com. “I believe the Vikings will be able to exploit that.”
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Green Bay Packers
John and Perez selected the Green Bay Packers. Ryan selected the Philadelphia Eagles.
“I am going all-in with Mark Sanchez,” Ryan tells GERENetwork.com. “Although, it really is a week-to-week thing with Sanchez at QB. If head coach Chip Kelly can continue to accentuate the positives and eliminate the negatives, the Eagles should not regress much following the injury to QB Nick Foles.”
New England Patriots vs. Indianapolis Colts
Ryan and Perez selected the New England Patriots. John selected the Indianapolis Colts.
“It’s going to boil down to the Colts’ defense against the Patriots’ offense,” John tells GERENetwork.com. “Both offenses can score and score big. The thing that I am factoring in is the knowledge of the Colts’ blitz patterns. Josh McDaniels stated he was confident of the Patriots’ ability to handle that pressure, and that’s where I think the mistake can be made. If the Patriots are preparing for heavy blitz and only get conservative, they would have to readjust based on that. If the Patriots’ offense just isn’t there, and Brady struggles, the Colts win this game easily. If it becomes a shootout, I see an Adam Vinateri field goal being the difference. Colts win either way.”
